Well I have been in Baltimore for about a year now and one thing that I am certain about is the fact that PEOPLE IN BALTIMORE CAN NOT DRIVE. While I know that I could be ranting about something worst but as of right now this is how I am feeling. You have people waiting for the light to turn yellow so in turn they slow down at every traffic light, nobody in this city knows what a signal is, and for some reason drivers can NOT fathom the idea of staying in their own lane. And whats more is these "drivers" will turn out in front of you and drive 16 mph below the speed limit and their ignorance will disallow them to let you pass. I know that Baltimore has a history of corrupt behavior within the city but......corruption at the MVA?????
All I am saying is that if you are driving, you are driving to get somewhere SO DRIVE LIKE IT! SAFELY!!!
